Varietals: Fetească Neagră (78%)-Saperavi (22%)

Tasting Notes: Powerful blend of a very ripe Fetească Neagră and the Georgian teinturier grape Saperavi. On the nose hints of blackberries, black cherries, vanilla, cinnamon, earth or plums while on the palate the wine is intense with high acidity and tannins and flavors of dark chocolate, black pepper, leather and  beautiful silky texture. One of our favorites that  should not be missed!

Wine Type: Red Dry Wine.

Region: IGP Codru, Moldova.

Ageing: 12 months in barrels.

Alcohol: 15%

Food Pairing: Beef stew with grilled vegetables, Slow Roasted Crispy Pork Belly with fried Rice.
