Collection: Novak Winery-Moldova

Novak Winery is the brainchild of Andrey Novak one of the most fascinating winemakers in Republic of Moldova. His father was active in the wine industry for a long time, but Andrey's dream was to create a boutique winery with focus on quality and indigenous grape varieties.  He managed to bring back to life many  forgotten  grapes like, Legenda, Floricica and Alb de Onițcani.  The latest was revived by Novak Winery and is by now  a great success in the local and international market. 

The vineyards are located in the southern part of Moldova in the village  of Tartaul, IGP Valul lui Traian. They cover around 25 hectares in a dry and warm Mediterranean climate and are planted with local and international grape varieties. The combination of traditional winemaking and innovative technologies has become the philosophy of Novak winery since the very first moments.Today Andrey continues to experiment and create unique wines which can express the southern terroir of Moldova.
