Novak Winery-Saperavi 2017

Varietals: Saperavi-this Georgian teinturier (grapes with red pulp) grape  has adapted very well in Moldova delivering concentrated deep color wines with a nuanced acidity and frim tannins.

Tasting Notes:Pronounced intensity with aromas of plums, cherries, black currants and red berries.  On the palate the wine has grippy tannins good acidity and more flavors of black pepper, Spices, tobacco, Cherry Jam and coffee.  It is considered one of the best examples of this grape in Moldova

Ageing:12 months in Barrels.
