Novak Winery-Rară Neagră-2021

Varietals: Rară Neagră originates from Romania and in Moldova has the potential to achieve more colour and flavours. Wine created from this grape are highly aromatic, with  medium body, velvety tannins and high natural acidity.

Tasting Notes: Pronounced intensity with aromas of sour cherries, red berries, earth and oriental spices. Soft on the palate with a fresh structure and flavors of ripe black cherries, juicy figs and plums.

Wine Type:Dry red wine.

Wine style:Fresh and soft similar to a Beaujolais.

Ageing:Stainless Steel.

Alcohol:14.5%.

Serving:Slightly Chilled, 14-16 degrees.
