Szent Donat-Hematit-Olaszrizling-2022

Varietals:  Olaszrizling planted all over Hungary but recently it found its new home in the village of Csopak in the northern shores of Lake Balaton. Is known as Riesling Italico in Romania and Italy, Welschriesling in Austria or Graševina in Croatia.

Tasting Notes:Coming from red sandstone and marl soil in the village of Csopak, it has  intense aromas of crushed red apples, yellow pears and citrus. On the palate is round and waxi with a creamy and mineral finish. Great as an apperitif or paired with light dishes.

Wine Style: Crisp with some creamy notes.
